Abstract: iLearn is a multi-agent learning management system that provides a platform focused on promoting student interactions. The agent environment will allow students seeking help to find the students providing help. The incentive system also ’persuades’ students to improve themselves and offer more help to a lot of different students thus improving the overall quality of content in the system. The system also provides incentives to faculty for generating high quality content and for spending extra time helping students.
